As the effects of government incompetence have accumulated, trash has been building up in our towns, particularly in nooks and crannies.
I, Party Leader, have personally witnessed the decay of Troon, very near my residence, as well as near the Screwfix in Irvine and more. There’s fences to be fixed and trash to remove and bricks on the side of the pavement of Gillies St - and it wasn’t like that five years ago. What the government did do was mark the pavement with an anti-dog-fouling message, making it look even worse. There's glass on the floor in multiple places around Marr College, and when cycling to Irvine there was also inconvenient glass.
The Awesome Party will, given the two-councils decision-making process moving forwards, fix the underlying systems that caused this decay, and set out to clean it up.
This calls for an obvious public project which the Awesome Party should set upon, demonstrating its power without coercion, by asking for crowdfunding for the organisation and the provision of materials for trash removal – offering financial incentive to those who wish to staff the project - primarily the unemployed.
“The Conservatives” thought of coercing young people into “national service”, but they should have instead thought to do what actually needs done.
Naturally, the Awesome Party will look into other public projects which may have support from the two councils, which it then would ask for crowdfunding for, in order to improve our outdoor environments, such as by sorting out homeless shelters.
As well as advertising the Party in Ayrshire and further afield, the Party leader will be litter-picking in Ayrshire, such as in the area of the Screwfix in Irvine, where there’s litter around the trees by the pedestrian tunnels – bagging litter, then collecting it later using his Just Eat bag or when crews come to pick it up.
There's glass in and around Irvine. Looks like it just doesn't get swept up because of the decline of this country. Here I am, gonna sweep it off the path.
The middle of the path is now pretty much clear of glass. At least a dog or bicycle won't get damaged.
I have done, and will do, this elsewhere, if I see glass where it really shouldn't be.
Out here doing what the useless government can't.
